We recently had the pleasure of designing a bespoke 3-bedroom tiny home for a family who sought the perfect balance between minimalist living, efficiency, and comfort. Their vision was to create a home that maximized functionality, while offering an open, inviting space that worked for their day-to-day life. With a focus on the kitchen and bathroom as key areas of the home, we set out to craft a space that was both beautiful and practical, with no compromises on quality.
In the kitchen, we focused on smart, custom-built cabinetry that offers ample storage without sacrificing style. High-end, energy-efficient appliances were carefully integrated, making cooking for the family easy and enjoyable. Durable countertops and sleek finishes tie the space together, blending form and function to create a modern, efficient kitchen.
The bathroom was designed with the same attention to detail, using minimalist fixtures and clever space-saving solutions to ensure maximum comfort in a compact area. A spacious shower, premium fixtures, and modern storage features create a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere, turning the bathroom into a peaceful retreat.
To ensure the home was not only functional but durable, we finished the exterior with maintenance-free composite cladding, providing a sleek, modern look that’s both low-maintenance and built to last. The composite material is resistant to the elements, ensuring the home stays looking pristine for years to come, while also adding an extra layer of insulation to the walls. This added insulation helps regulate the temperature inside, keeping the home cozy in winter and cool in summer—perfect for the family’s comfort, year-round.
