With a spacious open plan living & kitchen area, full size bathroom and two double bedrooms (both with large patio doors leading outside!) this Luxury Tiny Home has everything for a couple or family to settle down in a place of their own. The large covered canopy to the front also allows for a relaxing seating area, especially when floored with our solid composite decking boards. 
 
The contemporary design would be further enhanced with the installation of our external composite cladding & insulation package, not only keeping your new Tiny Home warm all year round, but making it a maintenance free building also! 
 
All our Luxury Tiny Homes are installed with roof and floor insulation, and 100mm wall insulation combined with our composite cladding exterior. This comes in a range of colours, and also includes PVC fascia, guttering & soffits, creating a maintenance free timber framed house for year-round accommodation. 
 
Our designers can also help elevate your new Tiny Home with optional interior features such as porcelain floor tiles, feature walls with built in fireplace and TV & fully fitted integrated kitchens with appliances. 
 
Luxury Tiny Homes do not mix our timber varieties, with all buildings manufactured using quality spruce interlocking logs. We pride ourselves on a high quality finish and can provide a full turnkey service, including furniture if required.

Luxury Tiny Homes offers a 2-year warranty, with an additional 10-year warranty against rot and decay for our wood plastic composite products. The 2-year warranty covers:

  • Cracks in the material, excluding damages from improper installation or mechanical factors.
  • Deformation and delamination caused by water absorption, excluding faulty installation. The warranty does not cover minimal discoloration from natural factors. The target colour stabilises approximately 60 days after installation.

IKO felt roof shingles come with a 15 year manufacturers warranty.

PVC windows and doors come with a 5 year manufacturers warranty.
